CAMDA: Critical Assessment of Massive Data Analysis

CAMDA focuses on the analysis and integration of the massive data sets now prevalent in the life sciences. It introduces new approaches and solutions to the Big Data problem, and presents new techniques in the field of bioinformatics, data analysis, and statistics for handling and processing challenging large data sets. By discussing cutting-edge problems and opportunities, the conference offers researchers from a wide range of fields a unique opportunity to benefit from a critical comparative evaluation of approaches to exploiting Big Data in the life-sciences.

    Delegates compete for the Camda Trophy!

    Authors of accepted extended abstracts are invited to submit full-length research papers by 24 September that are fast-tracked for publication in the CAMDA proceedings issue of Biology Direct.

    We still accept extended abstracts for oral presentations. Submissions can still opt to include topical posters at the ISMB early rate.

    For early career scientists, CAMDA will award up to three Fellowships,contributing to the costs of travel, attendance, and proceedings. Post-doctoral trainees and students are eligible, fellowships are awarded by merit and needs. 

    If your dog ate your homework, please let us know, we may be able to allow late submissions during the weekend if they are pre-advised by 19 May.

    CAMDA presenter fellowships are supported by the US FDA and Agilent Technologies.
